With this type of financing, homeowners can receive money based on the value of their property, while repayment is typically deferred until the home is sold or the borrower passes away. Although it can provide financial flexibility, it also reduces the value of the estate left to future heirs.<\/p>\n
If your mortgage renewal is approaching, don’t automatically accept the first offer from your lender.<\/p>\n
